Job Summary:

We have exciting new opportunities for Mobile Vehicle Technicians / Roadside Technicians. This role involves working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification, demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend breakdowns to diagnose issues and provide solutions
  • Work on vehicles to get them back on the road or ensure they are safely transported to a workshop
  • Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues
  • Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • A customer-focused approach
  • A full UK driving licence
