About the Role

We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual who shares our passion for fragrances and customer service. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the world of perfumery, working closely with our experienced team to create inspiring in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance products and their unique characteristics
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store experiences, including events and promotions
