About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Service Agent at Indie Campers. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring the smooth operation of our depot, and maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
- Prepare and clean our campervans to the highest standards;
- Maintain our campervans, monitor maintenance needs, and perform repairs;
- Register guests, manage stock, and process payments;
- Respond to customer complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
Requirements
- You have a passion for travel and excellent communication skills;
- You have experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car (desirable);
- You're eligible to work in the UK, hold a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
- You're available to work weekends and public holidays;
- You're a responsible and organized individual who takes pride in their work.
