Job Description

Fram Executive Search Limited is partnering with a leading financial solutions company to find an exceptional professional for their Employee Benefits division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Group Risk and Healthcare sector, including life assurance, income protection, and private medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse Group Risk and Healthcare policies to ensure they meet the needs of clients.
  • Liaise with clients to gather relevant information and provide expert advice on benefit offerings.
  • Request terms from market providers and existing insurers.
  • Produce detailed reports and recommendations to clients on optimal benefit strategies.
  • Process and issue accounts to employers for payment.
  • Support clients with queries on their schemes or potential schemes.
  • Liaise with providers to ensure timely and accurate information on their overall proposition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and advisers via email, letter, and phone.
