Lead Technical Designer Position

Hunter Dunning is currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Designer to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to lead architectural projects and contribute to the company's growth.

About the Role:
  • As a Lead Technical Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawing packages, leading projects, and supporting junior team members.
  • You will also attend site visits, work directly with clients, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality technical drawing packages and coordinate with clients to meet their requirements.
  • Manage project stages, ensuring timely completion and delivery of exceptional results.
  • Support junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of UK architectural experience is required, with a strong background in producing detailed technical drawings.
  • Possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage project stages and coordinate with clients.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, with experience in BIM level 2 and Revit being highly beneficial.
Salary & Benefits:
  • The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, along with access to ongoing development and progression opportunities.
