Job Description:
- Purchase ledger duties including maintaining accurate records
- Sales ledger duties including processing transactions
- Credit Control ensuring timely payments
- Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations verifying financial accuracy
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone
- Preparing and sending correspondence, photocopying, and data entry
- Supporting senior management with administrative tasks
- Maintaining filing systems and postal requirements
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to discussions
- Undertaking additional tasks as required
