Pool Monitor Specialist

Kings Camps offers a unique opportunity to work in an experienced staff team, delivering high-quality swim programs to children of all ages and abilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pool Monitor Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring the safe delivery of swim sessions for children aged 5-17 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swim sessions to mixed ability groups
  • Work alongside a qualified swimming teacher to ensure a safe and engaging environment
  • Conduct regular safety checks and respond promptly to any incidents

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or National Rescue Award to Swimming Teachers and Coach (NRASTC)
  • At least 6 months' lifeguard experience
  • Able to conduct a depth test at the venue
  • A passion for developing children's water confidence

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
