Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multiskilled Door Engineer to join our team at RAW Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance, repair, and installation services for industrial and automatic doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planned Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of industrial doors and automatic doors to ensure optimal performance.
  • Reactive Repairs: Respond promptly to service calls and carry out efficient repairs on a variety of industrial doors and automatic doors.
  • Installations: Perform occasional installations of new industrial doors and automatic doors as required.
  • Diagnostic Work: Identify issues with door systems and provide accurate assessments and solutions.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: £22.00 (based on experience)
  • Standard Work Week: 37.5 hours
  • Call Out Rota: 1-5 with a £100 Standby Fee + £55 per call out attended
  • Monthly Phone Allowance: £25 paid directly to your bank
  • Overtime Rates: 1.5 times the basic rate, double rate for Sundays
