- Working with media agencies and clients in a consultative manner, identifying new sales opportunities, and winning new briefs
- Influencing agencies and clients with insight, data, and research to win new business
- Helping to develop the revenue model, commercial products, and/or services
- Experience in selling native ads, videos, and sponsorship
- Excellent agency contact book, particularly of the Big 6 and key indies
- Good knowledge of the Digital advertising ecosystem
- A curious mindset, cerebral, and consultative approach
- Ability to build fruitful long-term deep relationships with key decision makers at agencies and clients
- Track record of building a high-worth portfolio from scratch
- History of over-achieving and smashing sales targets
- Preferably +5 years experience in a sales environment
- History of selling six-figure deals is essential
