Occupational Health Professional for Hybrid Role in Birmingham

Experienced Occupational Health Nurse required in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

We are partnering with a leading national not-for-profit provider of occupational health services to a diverse range of clients across Public Sector, Engineering, Logistics and Pharmaceutical Industries.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for an RGN with a diploma or degree in Occupational Health, or those with relevant experience in Occupational Health nursing, to join our client's award-winning team.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Earnings: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality occupational health services to clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective control measures.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain robust health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health Nursing.
  • Relevant experience in Occupational Health nursing ( desirable).
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
