Board Support Specialist for Senior Leadership

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chair and Non-Executive Board members, ensuring the smooth operation of the Board's functions. This includes managing their diaries, arranging travel, and preparing papers and reports.
Your Skills and Qualifications- Excellent administrative skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Considerable experience providing full support at the highest levels of an organization.
As a key member of our team, you will work from our Birmingham Head Office a minimum of 4 days per week, with the remaining day worked remotely. This flexible approach allows you to balance your work and personal life while maintaining high productivity and performance.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that reflect your value to our team. Our comprehensive compensation package includes opportunities for career development, training, and growth within the organization.
