Valneva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT to drive transformation in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading system architecture and lifecycle management, collaborating with business teams, and partnering with vendors to ensure the success of core business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with site management to understand and support their IT needs.
• Lead and transform solutions leveraging ERP, MES, and surrounding systems.
• Develop and maintain Digital & IT roadmaps in alignment with business strategic plans.
• Collaborate and harmonize with other Digital & IT functions to maximize business values.
• Plan, execute, and close Digital & IT projects to realize business goals.
• Oversee all IT operations at the site, including infrastructure, applications, and support services.
• Develop and manage the site IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Lead and manage the site IT team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Experience managing IT operations in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment.
• Knowledge in the area MES (MasterControl, Labware) and/or ERP (Dynamics 365) is essential.
• ERP Key User experience is preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience of implementation, operation, and/or maintenance of ERP peripheral systems in Product Supply is preferred.
