Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic cleaning staff to join our team at Furness Education Trust. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cleaning of assigned areas, including classrooms and common spaces
  2. Identification and reporting of maintenance or repair needs
  3. Maintenance of a tidy workspace and storage of cleaning materials

Working Hours: Part-time, 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Requirements
  1. A commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety standards
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. Basic understanding of Health and Safety procedures

Salary Information: Estimated annual salary: £22,366 (pro-rata), paid hourly rate: £12.26
