Kivells invites applications for a Coastal Property Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property development department, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring prime coastal properties, with a focus on residential developments.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK property market, particularly in the coastal regions. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders are essential. A minimum of 2 years' experience in property development or a related field is required.

We offer a salary of £55,000 per annum, plus benefits, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire prime coastal properties for residential development
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential sites
  • Negotiate with sellers and stakeholders to secure favorable deals
  • Collaborate with our design and construction teams to bring projects to life
