As a Housekeeping Professional at Felix Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly residents by providing a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Change bed linens and make beds as required to ensure resident comfort and hygiene.
  • Clean floors, windows, furniture, and other surfaces to prevent the spread of infection and maintain a safe environment.
  • Disinfect high-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, and railings, to prevent the spread of illness.
  • Ensure laundry is completed and folded, including residents' clothing and bedding, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a healthcare or elderly care setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a compassionate, patient attitude.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as required.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annumBenefits:
