As a seasoned recruitment professional, you bring both experience and a strategic approach to talent acquisition. Your skills and qualifications include:

  • Promoting compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and inclusive recruitment practices
  • Enhancing our employer brand through initiatives aligned to our strategic goals
  • Proactively sourcing candidates and tapping into diverse talent pools
  • Maintaining and analysing recruitment data for reporting and performance metrics
  • Supporting recruitment system effectiveness and compliance with data legislation

With a proven track record in recruitment, you are skilled in employer branding and social media strategies for recruitment, competent in using recruitment systems, ATS software, and Microsoft Office, organised, with strong time management skills and attention to detail, excellent at building relationships and working collaboratively across teams, and committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We are happy to consider alternative application formats for those who find the online form challenging.
