About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our swim centres and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, customer experience, and team management of our centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality swimming lessons and support services
