2. Leadership & Ownership: Take full ownership of the Quantity Surveying and Commercial functions, driving performance, and making the role your own.
   
3. Project Management: Manage high-end fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients and the wider project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
   
4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication, and attending meetings to represent the company's commercial interests.
   
5. Site & Client Visits: Split your time between the office, site visits, and client meetings.

Skills & Experience Required:
