Large Animal Veterinary Technician and TB Tester Opportunity

At Priory Vets, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Large Animal Veterinary Technician and TB Tester to join our team. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients' livestock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform TB testing and other veterinary procedures with precision and accuracy
  • Provide expert care and support to our clients' animals, including mobility scoring, body condition scoring, and rumen fill assessments
  • Conduct dry cow and shed analysis, as well as disbudding and sample collection
  • Support our youngstock health program and embryo transfer services
  • Administer medicines and perform in-house lab testing
  • Offer additional support to our clients on farm
Requirements:
  • A people person with excellent client service skills and a passion for working with animals
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including a share of Saturday support staff office duties
