Palmer Snell, a leading estate and letting agency in the South West of England, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent to join our dynamic residential sales team in Bournemouth.

About the Role

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also have the opportunity to optimize every appointment for our Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimize appointments for the Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
