We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Store Manager to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales and performance of your store, while ensuring exceptional customer and patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales and performance of your store, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice to customers and patients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in the pharmacy.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing store team, focusing on coaching and development.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
  • Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including health checks and medication reviews.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
  • Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
