Mobile Cleaning Operative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our extensive network of sites in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks, including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, and dusting and sanitising surfaces.
- Operate a range of cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
- Work independently, managing your own time and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and managers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Naturally friendly, with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work on your own initiative, organising your own time and prioritising tasks.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
