About You

You are a top-tier IP Lawyer who has a strong background in IP disputes and patent litigation, and are looking to work in London for a silver circle firm. You will have worked in a top-tier or international firm in Australia or a magic or silver circle firm in the UK.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years' PQE in the UK or 3 to 6 years' PQE in Australia. Will also look at more senior candidates for other roles at international firms.
  • Experience in IP disputes and/or patent litigation gained at a top-tier or international firm in Australia, or a magic or silver circle firm in the UK.
  • Has experience in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation.
  • Previous qualifications in science, computer science, chemistry, biology, electronics, engineering, pharmacology, or a similar area would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong academics.
