Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at Taco Bell North East. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food to our customers, including our signature items such as Tacos, Burritos, and Nachos.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

  • Consistency in preparing and serving food to our high standards.
  • Motivation and enthusiasm to work as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
