Job Summary:
Samsic UK is seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Security Officer to provide exceptional security services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, while also providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage all security systems and protocols, ensuring the highest level of security and vigilance.
- Provide accurate and timely reports, as required.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company Contract Manager, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
- Represent Samsic UK and our clients in a professional and courteous manner, at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a pleasant and approachable manner.
- Excellent customer care skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and procedures.
- Basic computer literacy, with the ability to use security systems and software.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills, for following instructions and preparing reports.
- Good observation skills, with the ability to identify and respond to potential security threats.
- Flexible attitude to changing working hours and patterns.
Essential Criteria:
- Current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
- Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Five-year checkable history, with a HMRC 3 Year Work History record.
