Job Title: Real Estate Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our Real Estate group. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax expertise to our clients in the real estate industry, including real estate investment trusts, real estate private equity funds, real estate developers, and family offices invested in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on a range of tax matters, including domestic federal taxation and international tax matters.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Manage complex tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate these changes to clients.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field of study.
  • CPA, JD, LLM, or EA certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
