Our team is dedicated to building lasting partnerships with employers and ensuring that apprentices successfully complete their programs, including End Point Assessments (EPA).
As an Apprenticeship Partnership & Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving our business growth and development. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Proactively generate and convert leads with employers into apprenticeship sign-ups, building long-term relationships and understanding their needs to propose tailored apprenticeship solutions.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for apprentices, ensuring smooth registration on the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) and internal CRM systems.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for employers, ensuring satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins, support, and problem-solving.
- Sales & Recruitment: Meet monthly targets for apprentice sign-ups, ensuring each cohort is successfully enrolled, progresses through their training, and completes the End Point Assessment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including trainers and assessors, to ensure apprentices receive the support they need, and all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in business development, particularly within apprenticeship or training environments.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, operational systems (CRM, DAS, etc.), and the End Point Assessment process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to meet targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (including performance-based incentives).
