At Shaw Healthcare, we're looking for an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader at Rotherlea. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care is provided to our residents.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity working nights, with a 36-hour contract that includes every other weekend. You'll be working closely with our residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide a person-centred approach to care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of carers to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure that all care plans are up-to-date and meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Implement and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about delivering high-quality care and supportCompassionate and empathetic with a strong understanding of the needs of older peopleOrganised and able to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communicator with strong verbal and written skillsAble to work independently and as part of a team
