Are you a seasoned BIM professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a BIM Manager to join our team at Belcan Workforce Solutions.

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creation of BIM execution plans, focusing on ISO 19650 standards. You will dive into clash detection, model reviews, and asset data checking, engaging with diverse teams and sub-contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and data integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading, mentoring, and coaching the team, managing reviews, and chairing BIM meetings

* Overseeing the common data environment, conducting clash detection, and updating BIM execution plans

* Interfacing with digital operations and maintenance manuals, contributing to a streamlined handover

* Developing and implementing BIM strategies to improve project delivery and efficiency

* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure BIM is integrated into the company's overall business strategy

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BIM professional with a strong background in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related software. Leadership experience in the BIM industry is crucial, and a degree or HNC/D in a BIM-related or engineering subject, or equivalent, is required.
