Job Description

As a Supply Teacher at Teach Now, you'll work within the KS1 age group, providing high-quality lessons and fostering a supportive learning environment. You'll be provided with lesson plans, resources, and guidance from experienced teachers and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet school policies and standards.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth.
  • Manage classroom behavior using calm, effective strategies.
  • Adapt to different schools' needs while maintaining high teaching standards.
  • Provide valuable feedback to regular teachers on class progress.
Requirements
  • Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience teaching in primary schools, ideally within the KS1 age group.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a flexible attitude.
  • DBS clearance or willingness to obtain it.
