Job Description

Cisco Systems is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to lead the engagement with key clients in the UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top brands and contribute to Cisco's success globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet agreed-upon achievements and timescales.
  • Work closely with a supportive extended sales team across various client projects.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategies and identifying opportunities for Cisco's portfolio to deliver value.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar sales role.
  • A proven track record of high-performance sales.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and varied stakeholder management.
  • A clear understanding of value-based customer engagement and lifecycle services.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location. Performance-based incentive pay is also available, with rates at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment, with no cap on incentive compensation.
