Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Disability Support Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Encouraging individuals to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Supporting with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop individualised care plans

Our Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to supporting adults with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Nationally recognised qualifications in healthcare or a related field (training provided)
