Key Responsibilities:

  • Support initial development appraisal, planning options, permitting requirements, and identify opportunities for future growth.
  • Proactively transfer resourcing skills to project leadership staff and plan skill requirements for assigned projects.
  • Ensure effective project set-up, close-out, and snagging, with a focus on cost, scope, and timescale alignment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, owners, and suppliers, attending divisional trade contractor meetings and providing support in supply chain management.
  • Establish and maintain regular project team meetings, including risk assessment and management.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering projects valued over £80m as a project lead.
  • Data Centre project experience is essential.
  • Ability to build and develop a team around you.
