Principal Data Strategy Consultant

Are you a seasoned data professional looking to drive business transformation through data-driven insights? We're seeking a Principal Data Strategy Consultant to join our team of experts at Anson McCade, helping clients across various industries to develop and implement innovative data strategies that deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of data strategies for major clients, aligning their data initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Work with C-suite stakeholders to define and deliver actionable insights, leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning.
  • Support clients in data governance, data architecture, and the implementation of data management frameworks.
  • Drive end-to-end data transformations, from initial strategy creation to execution and operationalization.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging data trends and innovations, helping clients stay ahead of the curve in their industries.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in data strategy consulting, ideally working with large blue-chip consultancies across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, energy, retail, or government.
  • Proven ability to work with senior leaders to drive data-driven business change and translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading data initiatives that deliver tangible results, including improved decision-making, operational efficiency, or customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
