Elevator Service Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Elevator Service Engineer to support our operations in the Hull area. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with elevators. This role involves servicing and performing minor repairs on a variety of elevators, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Servicing and maintaining elevators to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Performing routine checks and carrying out minor repairs as required
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries promptly
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives and enhance operational efficiency
- NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience working with elevators and a strong understanding of lift engineering principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Good written and spoken English language skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
