About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to develop and implement menus and control kitchen budgets
