Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Adhesion. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with Mid-Market to Enterprise-level clients and selling our market-leading SaaS offering.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and award-winning SaaS business that is experiencing rapid growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to research, identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities. If you are a strategic hunter with strong relationship-building skills and a desire to progress quickly from SDR to Account Executive, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Mid-Market to Enterprise-level relationships and sell our SaaS offering
- Work closely with marketing to research, identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience in fast-paced SaaS/IT business sales across Mid-Market and Enterprise
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a BDR/BDE/SDR role
- Organized, diligent, and methodical with a strong desire to succeed in a tech sales business
- Charismatic, empathetic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
