Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
