We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Analyst to join our EMEA marketing team. This role will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the ideation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns to reduce deactivations, drive loyalty, and increase revenues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery, including database targeting, data quality, legal, consent, accounting, and more.
  • Analyze customer databases to compile customer data-driven insights for marketing activation.
  • Ensure all campaigns are set up and executed according to specifications and rules.
  • Develop standard reports and presentations on campaign key performance indicators.
  • Track ongoing success metrics for various customer marketing initiatives and relate them to return on investment.
  • Link disparate customer marketing projects in terms of data, processes, skills, and deployment methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with querying languages, database structures, and Microsoft Office Solutions, particularly Excel and PPT.
  • Experience with presenting and owning cross-functional meetings.
  • SQL required; SnowSQL and PowerBI experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail and marketing analytics.
  • A strong focus on analytics and attention to detail.
  • Project management and inter-departmental coordination skills.
  • Motivation to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment.
  • Natural curiosity with a desire to dig deeper to find trends and themes.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and best practices.
