Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase ROI.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance, trends, and client feedback.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience of managing client information, tracking activities, and producing reports.
