About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our growing team at Copello Global, a leading Security Solutions company with a focus on CCTV and Access Control.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales hunter to thrive in different verticals, understand a range of technical solutions and environments, and develop relationships with clients in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and development, outbound approaches, and relationship development
  • Identify and close sales opportunities predominantly in the South of England
  • Collaborate with the wider UK sales team, including Sales Engineers and Inside Sales teams on sales activities
  • Attend trade shows and marketing events to promote relevant products

Requirements

  • Passion for lead generation and outbound sales
  • Experience across the sales lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • CCTV, Access Control or Video Security Sales experience
  • Lead generation and prospecting experience
  • Technical acumen
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

Location

This is a home-based role covering the South of England with travel to client sites, and a generous car allowance is provided.
