Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Land Surveyor to join our Land and Natural Resources team. As a Graduate Land Surveyor, you will play a key role in the future sustainability of our business, working closely with the Regional Head of Estates and Estates Managers to meet objectives in relation to mineral and land acquisition and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working in close liaison with the Regional Head of Estates and Estates Managers to meet objectives in relation to mineral and land acquisition and development
  • Understanding and working to planning consents for mineral working, ancillary and added value operations
  • Working on the delivery of rental enhancement and built development opportunities as well as compliance with planning and tenure agreements
  • Gaining a clear understanding of the principles of land and mineral ownership, Landlord & Tenant relationships and T&CP policy and development control process
  • Managing Landlord & Tenant relationships
  • Preparing and reviewing planning applications including the review of specialist consultant reports
  • Preparing written reports
  • Seeking opportunities for enhancing the financial return from a diverse range of property assets
  • Interacting and assisting with the development of Tarmacs Electronic Property Information System

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who has or can demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

  • Educated to Degree level in a role related discipline
  • Willing to work in different locations across UK and Ireland
  • Full UK Manual Car Driving License
  • Desirable Skills:
