Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant in Lincoln

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Lincoln, working in a supportive and dynamic environment. This full-time role offers working hours from 08:30 to 15:30, with a competitive daily pay rate of £85 - £100, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the assistance and encouragement they need to succeed.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, adapting resources and activities to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with students, fostering their confidence and independence.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed to support individual learning goals.
