Vet Specialist for Small Animal Care

About Vet Group
We are an independent mixed veterinary practice seeking a dedicated and skilled veterinarian to join our team in Moira and Dromore clinics. The ideal candidate will have experience working with small animals only and be comfortable with a varied caseload.
Salary and Benefits
The successful applicant can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide high-quality medical care to our patients. This will involve examining and diagnosing animals, prescribing medication, and performing surgical procedures as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified veterinarian with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possession of a valid driving license
