Arla Foods' The Barn is seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Director to join our dynamic digital in-house agency. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and impactful consumer experiences across various touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creative shopper marketing, with expertise in developing concepts from brief to execution. You will work closely with our creative studio manager to drive creative consistency across our brands, striving for the most intriguing solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead creative workshops to develop new ideas and concepts with the team.
  • Develop brand campaigns, product campaigns, and activation ideas for shopper.
  • Support creatives within the team and collaborate with colleagues to deliver campaigns of the highest quality.
  • Share your worldview and contribute to a creative team and culture.
