Job Description

The role of Building Controls Specialist is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate growth across the North East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing partnerships within commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.

We are looking for talented sales individuals with knowledge of Building Control Systems and sales experience within the industry or related field. A driving license is essential due to travel requirements.

In this role, you will deploy smart energy infrastructure solutions, including solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Our business helps achieve optimised working environments leading to reductions in buildings' energy consumption through the installation and maintenance of various building control technologies.

We offer an excellent package with 34 days annual leave entitlement, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, discounted healthcare, salary sacrifice car leasing, and more. The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000 per annum, based on UK market rates.
