Polaris Community is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR function, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR function, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the HR database and other company IT systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Respond to inbound telephone calls and manage HR central email accounts, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records and work undertaken, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Process all employee documentation, including recruitment, pre-employment checks, performance development reviews, and leaving processes.
  • Communicate effectively with all customers, internal and external to the Group, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Plan and prioritize workload to ensure Service Level Agreements are met, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to manage change and conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
  • Ability to manage own workload and work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with the full Microsoft Office suite, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
