Facilities Contract Transition Specialist

Your new company is a globally recognized leader in sustainable practices, dedicated to preserving nature and reducing environmental threats. As the Facilities Contract Transition Manager, you will oversee the onboarding of a new supplier, ensuring a seamless handover and adaptation to meet contractual commitments. Your role will involve liaising with the incumbent, managing interactions, and working closely with the new supplier to deliver the required service. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in contract delivery.
  2. Understanding of BREEAM (desirable).
  3. Effective management of financial, people, and other resources to meet objectives.
  4. Leading tender processes for general estates management, including hard and soft services.
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of going permanent, working 35 hours a week at a single site with a hybrid schedule. If you have the skills and experience required, this could be an exciting opportunity to join a company that values sustainability and environmental conservation.
