Project Coordinator

Job Overview:
As a key member of our Surveying and Project Management department, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of various construction, mechanical, and electrical projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of new build schemes, fire door renewals, cladding and window renewals, new heating and ventilation systems, electrical distribution upgrades, and other projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and condition surveys to inform project decisions
- Perform defect analysis and measured surveys to identify areas for improvement
- Write specifications and manage contracts to ensure project deliverables are met
- Administer projects and act as employer's agent to ensure compliance with regulations
- Undertake site inspections and chair meetings to monitor project progress
- Provide progress reports, including financial monitoring statements, to stakeholders
Requirements:
- RICS accredited Building Surveying degree (or similar) and relevant experience working within a Surveying consultancy environment
- Demonstrable experience within project management and contract administration
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment and visit sites as required
