We are looking for an experienced Associate Solicitor - Employment Law to join our client's team in London. As an Associate Solicitor - Employment Law, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of employment law cases, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and employment contracts.
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal cases and assisting with settlement negotiations.
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research and providing up-to-date advice on employment law legislation and case law.
  • Offering guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or associate with experience in employment law, possessing strong knowledge of employment law, including relevant legislation and regulations. You should also have excellent client care skills, the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and effectively, and experience in handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
